How do I apply?
Click Apply Now. We reply within 2 business days.
What does it cost to apply?
R1 500, non-refundable. Processing starts once paid.
What documents do I need?
- Certified copy of your ID or passport
- Recent photo of yourself
- Proof of registration or acceptance
- Guarantor’s certified ID or passport
- Guarantor’s 3 months’ bank statements
- Guarantor’s proof of address
- Proof of bursary (if applicable)
Can I view first?

Is there a waiting list?
Yes, first come first served. Use Join the waiting list on the Apply page.
Payment & fees
What’s included in rent?
Furnished private en-suite, high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, backup power in communal areas.
What’s extra each month?
- Electricity: prepaid
- Water: metered, billed in arrears
- Admin fee: R150
- Cleaning: R300 (2 cleans)
- Parking: R500
Deposit?
One month’s rent.
Payment options?
Monthly · Quarterly · Bi-annual (2.5% discount) · Annual (5% discount).
When is rent due?
On the 1st, by EFT. Late payments attract late fees.
Bursary?
Bursaries are accepted. We are not accredited with NSFAS.
Lease & moving
Lease dates?
11 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. Fixed 12 months, non-negotiable.
What should I bring?
Bedding, towels, kitchenware and toiletries — the suite is furnished.
Can I cancel early?
20 business days’ notice. Penalty up to two months’ rent.
Living here
Wi-Fi?
Included. Login issued at check-in and in your portal.
Parking?
Parking is R500/month, first come first served. Request on your application. Motorcycles take a paid bay.
Cleaning and laundry?
2 compulsory cleans a month (R300). Laundry onsite, pay-per-use.
Visitors?
Welcome until 22:00, signed in at security. Overnight guests: register in advance, R250 per guest per night.
Can I smoke?
Bl!sss Gold is a smoke-free home — that includes vaping. There’s a spot outside if you need one.
